  • Um... yeah.

Seems Obama won the presidency, isn't that great? No seriously, he'll probably be good for the country in the long run. The conservatives have been too apathetic in recent years, bush was certainly no conservative. But now maybe Obama will be thw wake-up call that that we need, maybe the republicans will realise they can't abandon the conservative base (you listening to me, McCain?)

Maybe, Just maybe we can get Sarah Palin to run for president in 2012, with the VP being Ann Coulter...

    Palin/Coulter in 2012!!!

  • Random Ramblings: Gun Control

Did I ever tell you I HATE those gun crime commercials? I don't know if you've seen them but they're those ads that at the end say "Gun crimes hit home..." I want to pull my hair out when those are one, I mean, what about knife crimes? Baseball bat crimes? Intentionally drowning a person crimes? Strangling crimes? Burning Crimes? The problem IS NOT THE GUNS, IT'S PEOPLE YOU DIMWITS!!!

The reason it bother me so much is because I know what they're doing, attempting to get people brainwashed into thinking that gun control is a good idea when all that does is take away our second ammendment rights to keep and bear arms and have a state militia.

Gun control is a bad idea, after all, how would we defend ourselves if a burglar came to our house with a gun? how would we shoot the neighbor's annoying dog that keeps barking all night? (okay so I wouldn't actually do that. But then I also don't live next to anyone with a noisy dog.)

All I want to say is, Let us have our guns like the constitution says and stop making us feel guilty about even thinking of owning a gun with those STUPID COMMERCIALS THAT MAKE ME WANT TO PUT AN AXE THROUGH THE TV! *ahem* sorry...

  • The Disgust! It Won't wash off!

So... Friday night I decided our hotel room here in DC could use some ice... Now the stupid hotel only has ice machines on the basement level, so in order to get ice or vending of any sort, that's where you gotta go... So I grab the ice bucket, head to the elevators, push the button, wait for a bit... The elevator opens and what do I see? Two guys making out... soooooooo, I just stood there and said nothing while they pushed the button to close the door and began smooching once again... It put me off food for about 10 seconds, so you know it was pretty disgusting...

Other than that little "incident" I've had fun in DC This past week.

  • An American Carol

I know what I said about youtube videos and the like, but I can't help myself. This is the first ever major motion picture with a CONSERVATIVE slant. This is HUGE for hollywood, before this, everything had a liberal message (even Pixar couldn't help jumping on the Enviromentalist whacko bush-bashing bandwagon with WALL-E, which would have been a much better movie without the cheap shots at bush and orginizations like wal-mart.)

Here it is, The Trailer for "An American Carol" In theatres October 3rd!

Pulse

  • This week has been a blast. And while I'm glad we're heading home today I kinda wish we could stay a little longer. Goodbye NYC.
  • NYC's been fun so far. Tonight we had a program at Bowery mission in Manhattan. Currently waiting for the ferry here on Staten Island.
  • Well, we're off to NYC, I hear voices coming from the back of the bus. I'm going to try and sleep now as it is somewhere around 4:15 AM
